    For one weekend only, chef Paul Farag is diving into Melbourne's vibrant Middle Eastern culture, bringing AALIA and his signature shawarmas to Henrietta, Windsor for Melbourne Food & Wine Festival.

    Join us for a Sunday shawarma party featuring three choices: chicken, a vegetarian option with mushrooms, and the connoisseur's favorite – the remarkable smoked beef tongue shawarma.     Next in the series of chef collaborations is Coskun Uysal of Melbourne Turkish restaurant, Tulum. Named the "Best Turkish Restaurant" by Melbourne's leading food critics, Tulum has been recognised for its delicious dishes with a hatted status. Uysal is a true ambassador of Turkish cuisine and all profits for this event will be donated to Ahbap – a platform raising funds and awareness for a devastating earthquake that has recently hit Turkey. Chef Paul and Coskun are coming together to serve a fusion of Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisines for $110 PP.

    Join us for an evening of exploration, delving into the new history of Arabia with a specially curated menu by Executive Chef Paul Farag.

    Head Sommelier Eleonore Wulf will serve a selection of matching wines from the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon.

    Both Paul and Eleonore will present the dishes and matching wines on the evening to guests, telling the tales and stories behind each one that offers guests an insight into Arabian history and culture. One that AALIA seeks to showcase in a new and exciting way.
